So you finally decided
to add some BOOST to your BUSA and want to upgrade your Suzuki Hayabusa, with the
North American-made RCC Stage 1 Turbo Kit. This entry-level aftermarket
turbo system can easily up your ride to 250 HP, running on pump gas
and no need for any modifications to your engine. The Suzuki Hayabusa Stage 1
Turbo Kit fits under the plastics of your bike, with only the dumps
sticking out the right side, unless you opt for the optional rear exit exhaust
system. This is a great beginner’s platform, by simply adding some
modifications to the kit you can make 400 HP, with the turbo included in this
kit simply by adding a secondary fuel system, secondary ECU, and with slight
engine modifications. With years of experience behind them, all RCC Turbo Kits

The RCC Turbos Suzuki
Hayabusa Stage I Turbo Kit for the 1999 through 2007 model years, comes
equipped with industry-leading components.
From a Custom Garrett Turbo, capable of producing 400 hp, which is
fitted with a 33 mm Tial Sport MVS waste-gate, mounted on a RCC 304 stainless
steel header and flange. The most visually stunning part of this kit Is the
Billet RCC Turbo Air Box, which is not only beautiful but extremely functional.
Handling the fuel demands is accomplished by the RCC Billet rising rate fuel
pressure regulator (FMU), which multiplies the fuel pressure as boost pressure
rises in the system, working in conjunction with the included aftermarket fuel
pump. Air is cleaned through a custom K&N air filter and included
crankcase vent filter. Finally, this kit comes with all the fuel lines needed
to complete the fuel system, as well as a braided oil feed line, oil return
line and all oil fittings.
Power Commander Maps and
detailed instructions supplied with the kit. ECU editor maps available on
request, for those who reflash the factory ECU.
